Housing Project in Sec 74, NOIDA

Meeting of the Una Hitkarni Sabha was held on Aug 08, 2010, for the launch of housing project.

The meeting started with the address by the President Mr. Pawan Kumar Vasudev followed by the address from one of the Board members of Supertech Builders who had offered their Cape Town Project. This project have about 7,000 flats to offer.
For the Society their offer is as under
They have 8 (eight) Types of houses, with
Super Area of 930, 1082, 1150, 1295, 1505, 1625, 1945, 2385 sq ft.







Rate offered by them is Rs 2450 /sq ft.
Add +25/- per Sq ft as Maintenance SecurityAdd +80/ per sq ft as Lease Money Charges
Add Floor charges as followsGround Floor Rs 250/- per Sq ft
1, 2 3, 4 Floor Rs 200/- per Sq ft
5 & 6 Floor Rs 75/- per Sq ft
7 & 8 Floor Rs 50/- per sq ft
9, 10, & 11 floor Rs 25/- per sq ft11, to 19 floor Zero charges.


The Club Charges and Covered Parking is inclusive.
Power Back Charge is 15,000/- per KVA, the first 2 or 3 depending on the number of Bed Room is free.

Builders are expecting to complete the project in 30 months
There is also a penalty clause if they are not able to complete within the stipulated time.
Penalty is Rs 5/- per sq ft, per month of delay.

Bhoomi Poojan is expected mid Sept 2010 from which date the time of completion is to be calculated.
