Una Zila Hitkarni Sabha (Regd) is one of the oldest Sabha in Delhi working for the People from Una District, Himachal Pradesh, India, living in NCR (National Capital Region). Over the years it has contributed so much for the City. Its members are very active and proud to a part of this organization.
Even before Independence the society was formed at Lahore as its Head Quarters, and served for the assisted specially the people of Una who came to Lahore looking for employment and also assisted in any other matter brought to them during their stay in Lahore.
With the migration of most of its members from Lahore to Delhi after Partition, the society transferred its head office to Delhi.
In 1965 it was named as “Una Tehsil Hitkarni Sabha” and with Una getting the status of District in 1977 the name of the society was named as “Una Zila Hitkarni Sabha”.
1975, was a landmark year for the society, under the leadership and guidance of Late Shri Jagdish Ram Sharma - Vasudev (from Village Pubbowal), Late Shri A S Badyal (Village – Kangar), Late Shri J N Kalia – Una, Late Shri Kewal Krishan Sharma (Village Jakhera) Late Shri Desh Raj Sharma (Village Mawakahlon), Late Shri Bansi Lal Dewedi (Village – Lamledha) Late Shri Bhanu Prakash Kalia (Village Jakhera) the idea of a housing society was conceived, and under the far sightedness of these people work on the housing was initiated, and soon in 1979 “Una Co-operative Group Housing Society was registered, DDA allotted land in 1983 and in 1985 Construction began, and in 1990 the society allotted the dwelling units to its members
The Recent election of the Sabha was held on 13-01-2008, the following Members were elected.

It was the active participation and persistent follow-up endeavor of the society that the Jan Shatapdi was started from Delhi to Una. The society has also been actively organizing functions facilitating elders and meritorious student’s, it also assists and provides matrimonial data services.
